J2P allows users to:

• discover football players
• share player information
• communicate with other users
• explore scouting opportunities
• participate in tryouts

J2P does not act as an employer, agent, or contracting party between users.

2. User Accounts

Users may create accounts as players, clubs, scouts, or agents.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep login credentials secure
• update information when necessary

Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts.

3. Player Profiles

Players are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in their profiles.

Information may include:

• career history
• performance information
• videos
• statistics
• physical attributes

Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

• videos
• images
• documents
• profile information

By uploading content, users grant J2P permission to display such content within the platform for scouting and evaluation purposes.

Users confirm that they have the legal right to upload the content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Platform Role

J2P provides tools to facilitate connections between players and clubs.

J2P:

• does not guarantee contracts
• does not guarantee tryout invitations
• does not guarantee scouting success
• is not responsible for agreements between users

Any agreements between users are made independently.

6. Communication

J2P may provide messaging functionality.

Users agree not to:

• send spam
• send abusive messages
• misuse communication tools
• solicit illegal activities

J2P may monitor communication for safety purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• provide false information
• impersonate others
• upload illegal content
• infringe intellectual property rights
• attempt unauthorized access
• disrupt platform functionality
• use the platform for unrelated commercial solicitation

8. Account Suspension

J2P reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reasons may include:

• false information
• suspicious activity
• misuse of the platform
• violation of laws

9. Fees

Some services may become paid features in the future, particularly for clubs, scouts, or agents.

Fees and pricing will be clearly communicated before implementation.

10. Minors

Users under the age of 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

J2P provides the platform "as is".

We do not guarantee:

• player availability
• contract outcomes
• scouting results
• uninterrupted service

To the extent permitted by law, J2P is not liable for damages resulting from platform use.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically.
